Muzata Custom Hydraulic Hand Crimper Bundle with 20Pack Black Lag Screws

Package includes 10 left and 10 right black hand lag screws for 10 cable runs, 1 drill bit, 1 bent wrench, 1pc hydraulic crimper, and 1 pair of 1/8'' crimping dies. The Muzata cable railing system with 1/8" swage lag screws provides a clean look and enhanced durability. Constructed with T316 stainless steel, this cable railing hardware offers excellent resistance to rust, making it suitable for indoor, outdoor, and coastal applications. For angled stairs, it is recommended to use the MUZATA CT09 drill guide to ensure precise hole drilling.

Installation is made easy with guidelines to keep post spacing under 4ft and cable spacing under 4 inches. To maintain safety and structural integrity, it is advised to split the cable runs if the distance between end posts exceeds 15ft or includes corners and angle transitions.

The hydraulic crimper features an oil switch knob for pressure control and a comfortable ergonomic cushioned handle for easy gripping and control. Ensure the knob is fully tightened to avoid issues with pressure during swaging. The Muzata crimper CR09 is compatible with 1/8" cable railing kits and can also be used with regular crimping dies for aluminum ferrules or copper products. Upgrades have been made to the crimper to address problems like a broken head or oil leakage after repeated crimping. Contact us if you encounter any such issues.
