Muzata Custom Hydraulic Hand Crimper Tool Bundle with Cable Railing Kit

Included in the package are 10 packs of tensioner, 1 drill bit, 1 bent wrench, 1 hydraulic crimper, and 1 pair of 1/8'' crimping dies. This cable railing kit is suitable for both level and angled sections, and for stairs installation, a 30 degree angled beveled washer Muzata CR25 is required. The surface of the cable railing hardware is black and finished with the PVD black plating process, ideal for modern black cool style home construction. Made of T316 stainless steel, it has excellent resistance to rust, corrosion, and extreme weather conditions, making it suitable for indoor or outdoor use, including coastal applications.

The hydraulic crimper is easy to use, with an oil switch knob for pressure control during swaging. It features an ergonomic cushioned handle for a comfortable grip and control. If the crimper does not provide enough pressure, ensure that the knob is fully tightened or tighten it further as needed. The Muzata crimper CR09 is compatible with 1/8" cable railing kits and can also be used with regular crimping dies for aluminum ferrules or copper products.

To address issues such as broken heads or leaking oil after repeated crimping, the crimper has been upgraded. If you experience these problems, please contact us for assistance. Note that if you are using SWAGELESS cable railing kit fittings, a Hydraulic Hand Crimper is not required.
