45KN Hydraulic Hand Crimper Bundle with 1/8 Swage Lag Screws

Included in the package are 30 left and 30 right-hand lag screws for 30 cable runs, 1 drill bit, 1 bent wrench, 1 hydraulic crimper, and a pair of 1/8'' crimping dies. The Muzata cable railing system, featuring 1/8" swage lag screws, provides a clean look and improved visibility. Constructed from T316 stainless steel, the cable railing hardware offers exceptional rust resistance, making it suitable for indoor, outdoor, and coastal environments. For angled stairs, the MUZATA CT09 drill guide is recommended for hole drilling.

Installation is easy, with post spacing not exceeding 4ft and cable spacing not exceeding 4 inches. To enhance safety and structural integrity, dividing cable runs is advised when the distance between end posts exceeds 15ft or includes corners or angle transitions.

The hydraulic crimper features an oil switch knob for pressure control during swaging. The ergonomic cushioned handle provides comfortable grip and control. Ensure the knob is tightly secured with adequate power to prevent pressure issues during crimping. The Muzata crimper CR09 is compatible with 1/8" cable railing kits and regular crimping dies for aluminum ferrules or copper products.
