Muzata Hydraulic Hand Crimper Bundle with 20Pack Swage Lag Screws

The package includes 10 left and 10 right-hand lag screws for 10 cable runs, 1 drill bit, 1 bent wrench, 1pc hydraulic crimper, and 1 pair of 1/8'' crimping dies. This Muzata cable railing system features 1/8" swage lag screws that provide a clean look and increased durability. Made of T316 stainless steel, it offers excellent rust resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, including coastal areas. For angled stairs, we recommend using the MUZATA CT09 drill guide to ensure accurate hole placement.

Installation is easy, with post spacing not exceeding 4ft and cable spacing not exceeding 4 inches. It is recommended to split the cable runs when the distance between end posts exceeds 15ft or when there are corners or angle transitions to ensure safety and structural integrity.

The hydraulic crimper is designed with an oil switch knob for pressure control during swaging. The ergonomic cushioned handle provides a comfortable grip for easy use. Please ensure that the knob is fully tightened to achieve the necessary pressure. If the crimper is not providing enough pressure, check the knob and tighten further if needed.

The Muzata CR09 crimper is compatible with 1/8" cable railing kits and can also be used with regular crimping dies for aluminum ferrules or copper products. We have upgraded this crimper to address issues such as a broken head or oil leakage after repeated crimping. If you encounter any problems, please contact us for assistance.
