Custom Hydraulic Hand Crimper Bundle with Black Swage Lag Screws

Included in the package are 40 left and 40 right black hand lag screws for 40 cable runs, along with 1 drill bit, 1 bent wrench, 1pc hydraulic crimper, and 1 pair of 1/8'' crimping dies.

The Muzata cable railing system features 1/8" swage lag screws that provide a clean look and excellent durability. Made of T316 stainless steel, the cable railing hardware is resistant to rust, making it suitable for indoor, outdoor, and coastal applications. For angled stairs, we recommend using the MUZATA CT09 drill guide for hole drilling.

Installation is easy with post spacing not exceeding 4ft and cable spacing not exceeding 4 inches. For safety and structural integrity, it is recommended to split the cable runs when the distance between end posts exceeds 15ft or there are corners or angle transitions.

The hydraulic crimper is designed with an oil switch knob to control swaging pressure. The ergonomic cushioned handle ensures a comfortable grip and control. If the crimper does not provide enough pressure, check the knob and tighten it further.

The Muzata CR09 crimper is suitable for 1/8" cable railing kits and can also be used with regular crimping dies for aluminum ferrules or copper products. We have upgraded this crimper to address issues such as broken heads or oil leakage after repeated crimping. If you experience any problems, please contact us.

Please note that if you are using SWAGELESS cable railing kit fittings, a Hydraulic Hand Crimper is not necessary.
