Muzata 30 90 Degree Drill Guide Bundle with 20pack Angled Protective Sleeves

Included in this package are the Muzata Drill Guide CT09 and a pack of 20 Adjustable Angled Protector Sleeves for 1/8" Wire Rope, compatible with 10, 30, and 40-degree angles (CR68).

The cable railing drilling guide jig dowel allows for accurate drilling of 90-degree vertical and horizontal holes, as well as 30-degree angled holes for wood railing posts. This drill guide is made of transparent acrylic, providing excellent visibility to easily lock your selected position on the wood post.

Featuring 4 different size guide track holes (fitting 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, and 3/8” drill bits), this cable railing drill template guide jig is compatible with most cable railing kit hardware. The fastening steel sleeves can be secured with anchor screws to prevent them from falling off during drilling.

Designed for a wide range of cable railing projects, including stair railings and ramps, this protector sleeve kit offers flexible separation for angles between 10-40 degrees. For angles larger than 40 degrees, the adhesive washer can be replaced with the larger CR67.

Protective sleeves made of T316 marine grade stainless steel prevent wood post holes from collapsing under the pressure of the wire rope, ideal for coastal projects. These sleeves can be used on both sides of intermediate posts and the inner side of terminal posts.
