This cable railing kit is designed for use with 1/8" wire rope on multi-angled stairways and horizontal sections. The multi-angle feature allows the turnbuckle to rotate from 0-180 degrees and adjust from 10.1 inches to 6.8 inches. Installation is easy and does not require pre-drilling; simply tighten the screws. The wide adjustable range makes it suitable for both wood posts and wood posts with sleeves. These stainless steel protective sleeves are for use with 1/8" wire rope on wood posts and wood posts with PVC sleeves. They protect the wire rope from friction wear. If you need sleeves for 5/32" or 3/16" wire rope, search for Muzata CR88. The protector sleeve grommet covers holes after drilling, giving a clean finished look.
