Angled Application

This T316 stainless steel angled washer is designed to act as a filler between a cable railing kit and the end post on angled applications. Suitable for 1/8", 5/32", and 3/16" cable railing kits with an outside diameter less than 3/8" in 25°, 30°, and 35° staircase cable railing systems. Note: ONLY the thread stud requires the angled washer, while the lag screw does not.

Its patent design of a flat tail ensures effective tensioning while completely hiding ugly crimp marks in 2”x2” metal posts, providing a clean look for your cable railing projects. Customized socket wrench (CT16) is required for installation.

Efficient Installation

The Muzata CB40 adopts the swaging installation method, making it more convenient for large-scale installations and enhancing efficiency. This cable deck railing kit can be used either as a terminal or a tensioner, eliminating the need to distinguish between tensioners or fixed ends. With the help of a professional hydraulic crimper (CK12), this cable railing tensioner can be easily swaged or crimped.
